Guest access
– Guest will have access to entire house, pool and patio during their stay.
– Couple of cabinets are locked for cleaner’s use only and not accessible to guests.
– Basement is unfinished and stairs are blocked. It is not for guest’s access.
– A one bedroom apartment is attached to this 5-bedroom property but is completely separate unit. Please respect the other guests in that unit by keeping an optimal noise level and following quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am).

– We do not allow Parties/Events at our place.

– Strictly no smoking inside the house

– Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used
